The Service is currently in a soft launch phase. The prediction archive was initiated on 17 May 2026. Validation windows on published predictions remain open. Accuracy statistics will be published once a sufficient number of predictions have been resolved. Founding subscribers accept that performance data will become available over time as the record matures.
Access to the Service is available on a subscription basis. Current subscription tiers are:
Full launch pricing (Professional $500/month, Institutional $1,500/month) will take effect after the completion of the soft launch phase. Founding subscribers' rates are locked and are not subject to this increase. The founding rate lock applies to the specific subscription tier at the time of first payment. If a founding subscriber upgrades to a higher tier, the founding rate lock applies only to the original tier; the upgraded tier is subject to standard pricing at the time of upgrade.
Subscriptions are billed in advance, either monthly or annually depending on your selected billing cadence. Annual subscriptions represent a saving of approximately two months compared to the equivalent monthly rate. All fees are quoted and charged in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period at the then-applicable rate. You authorise us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your payment method at the start of each billing period. You will receive a renewal reminder before each annual billing date. You may cancel at any time before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a paid billing period. Access to the Service continues until the end of the period for which payment has been received.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing for new subscribers at any time. We will provide existing subscribers with at least 30 days' written notice before any pricing change takes effect for their subscription, except where the change applies only to new subscribers. Founding subscribers are exempt from pricing changes permanently, regardless of future pricing changes to other tiers.
Subscription fees do not include any applicable taxes. You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, goods and services, value-added, withholding, or other taxes imposed by any taxing authority in connection with your subscription.
If you are an individual consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of your first subscription payment under the EU Consumer Rights Directive or the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To exercise this right, contact contact@phanesdynamis.com within 14 days of payment. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
Subject to these Terms and payment of the applicable subscription fee, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own internal business purposes during the subscription period.
Your subscription permits access by the number of users specified in your subscription tier. Each set of login credentials is personal to an individual user and may not be shared with others, including colleagues not covered by your subscription tier. Institutional and Enterprise subscribers may add users up to the maximum permitted under their agreement. To add users beyond the subscription default, contact us. In the event of a change of control, merger, or acquisition of a subscriber entity, continued access to the Service is subject to our prior written approval.

All content, data, methodology, analysis, software, design, trademarks, and other materials comprising the Service ("Service Content") are the proprietary intellectual property of Phanes Dynamis, LLC, or are licensed to us from third parties, and are protected by applicable copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Your subscription grants you a limited licence to use Service Content as described in Section 3. No subscription confers any ownership right, title, or interest in or to any Service Content or intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The name Phanes Dynamis, associated logos, and all other branding elements are trademarks or trade names of Phanes Dynamis, LLC. You may not use these without our prior written consent.
Service Content is derived from publicly available sources and proprietary analysis that we believe to be reliable at the time of publication. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any Service Content. Market conditions change rapidly. Past analytical performance or predictive accuracy is not a guarantee of future performance.
Nothing in the Service constitutes investment advice, a solicitation to buy or sell securities or commodities, or a recommendation on any commercial contract. You must not rely on the Service as the sole basis for any investment, trading, procurement, or financial decision. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on or informed by Service Content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Phanes Dynamis, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from:
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Service available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or events beyond our reasonable control. We will endeavour to notify subscribers of planned maintenance in advance where practicable.
Service Content, including any subscriber dashboard views, prediction outputs, and PDF snapshots, is confidential and proprietary. You agree to treat it with the same degree of care you would apply to your own confidential information, and in no case less than reasonable care. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of your subscription for a period of 3 years. We will treat any non-public information you share with us in connection with the Service with reasonable care and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at contact@phanesdynamis.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your credentials where you have failed to maintain reasonable security.
You may terminate your subscription at any time by contacting us at contact@phanesdynamis.com. Termination takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you:
We may also terminate the Service entirely on 60 days' written notice to subscribers, in which case we will provide a pro-rated refund for any unused prepaid subscription period.
In the event that we discontinue the Service entirely, subscribers on an active paid subscription will receive at least 60 days' written notice. During this notice period, subscribers will retain full dashboard access and the ability to download all briefs published during their subscription. Where applicable, a pro-rated refund will be issued for any unused portion of a prepaid annual subscription.
On termination of your subscription, your access to the Service ceases. PDF snapshots you have already downloaded may be retained for your internal use subject to ongoing confidentiality obligations. No further licence rights survive termination.
We reserve the right to modify the Service, including its features, content, and delivery format, at any time. We will endeavour to notify subscribers of material changes in advance.
We may also amend these Terms from time to time. Material amendments will be communicated to subscribers by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Wyoming.
Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation for a period of 30 days following written notice of the dispute.
Nothing in this Section limits any mandatory rights you have under the laws of your country of residence, including any right to bring proceedings in your local courts under applicable consumer protection legislation.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Phanes Dynamis, LLC regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
