Reading the dashboard: the leading scenario is the model's current working view, not a forecast of certainty; confidence and probability are stated explicitly on every card. Validation maturity: predictions are logged at publication and tracked to outcome; summary accuracy statistics publish once enough predictions have completed validation, this is a maturity record, not a marketing accuracy claim.
